Unlike many vacation rentals, this isn't a home managed from afar. Our family personally owns and cares for Sunrise Sunset Retreat, staying here regularly to ensure every guest enjoys the comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful details we'd expect in our own home.

We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for internet or utility outages, weather conditions, hurricanes, red tide, or other natural events or circumstances outside of our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment in the event unexpected circumstances affect your trip.

• This home is not available for parties or events. Galveston's noise ordinances are strictly enforced.

• No pets or animals of any kind. We proudly maintain a completely dander-free home.

• No smoking or vaping.

• Rental agreement and liability waiver must be completed within 24 hours of booking.

• A $750 security deposit authorization is placed five days before arrival.

• Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property only.

• Trip insurance is highly recommended.
