This is not a party house: Galveston has new 2026 super strict regulations. If we receive a noise complaint, you get sent home, no refunds. It sucks, but we must be neighborly and quiet. Please respect our home and neighbors. Please drive like you're driving Ms. Daisy in the neighborhood, slow and respectful.
$750 security deposit hold will run 5 days before check in.
5% cancellation fee on guest initiated cancellations.
Rental Agreement and Liability Release must be signed within 24 hours of booking
No pets - we are dander free!

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $120.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $120.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
